OPTIMALISASI PERAN KOMUNITAS BELAJAR GURU DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN ALUR B-A-G-J-A

Penelitian ini bertujuan menyajikan langkah-langkah konkret dan mendalam dalam mewujudkan komunitas belajar guru yang optimal. Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 3 Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Komunitas belajar guru memiliki peran penting dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan era global yang menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi dan komunikasi demi mencapai tujuan. Upaya optimalisasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan alur B-A-G-J-A (Buat pertanyaan, Ambil pelajaran, Gali mimpi, Jabarkan rencana, dan Atur eksekusi. Data dikumpulkan dari Februari hingga Agustus 2024 melalui observasi, angket, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa komunitas belajar yang sebelumnya tidak aktif di sekolah ini, berhasil dihidupkan kembali. Dengan menerapkan alur B-A-G-J-A, Komunitas Belajar Guru Sieno Sinau sukses menyelenggarakan kegiatan berbagi praktik baik dan webinar di PMM. Dampaknya luas, tidak hanya dirasakan guru internal tetapi juga peserta dari seluruh Indonesia. Salah satu produk nyatanya adalah penguatan literasi melalui penulisan cerita pendek oleh guru dan siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diajukan rekomendasi agar sosialisasi dan optimalisasi peran komunitas dilakukan lebih masif, dengan menguatkan peran pendamping satuan pendidikan dan memberikan penghargaan sebagai motivasi.
