Abstract

This study aims to improve the competence of teachers in developing the implementation plan of learning (RPP) on Curriculum 2013 through “ Accompaniment of sustained”. This study is a supervisory action research with of teachers in 3 MA targeted that implementing the 2013 Curriculum the 2017/2018 school year: MA Negeri 3 Jakarta, MA Al Mudatsiriyah and MA Jakarta Pusat amounted to 28 people. This study consists of two cycles; each cycle consists of four stages: planning action, acting, observing, and reflection. The research time for 4 months is Juli to October 2017. The results showed that with the Accompaniment of sustained , competence of teachers in developing the RPP Curriculum 2013 revision 2017 has increased from the initial conditions to cycle I and cycle II. The results showed that with the Accompaniment of sustained the activeness of teachers increased from cycle I to cycle II. Teacher MAN 3 activity increased from 75% to 92%; the activity of MA Al Mudatsiriyah teachers from 63% to 83%, and the activeness of Central Jakarta MA teachers increased from 54% to 79%. This has an impact on teacher competence in developing the 2017 revised RPP Curriculum 2013 which has improved from initial condition to cycle I and cycle II. The increase is shown the data of conformity of average teacher RPP in each component as follows: initial condition: 47%; cycle I: 64%; and cycle II: 81%. Based on the study of theory and outcome of action, conclusion of research result that “ Accompaniment of sustained “ can improve teacher competence in developing RPP Curriculum 2013 revision 2017 in 3 MA target Central Jakarta Town Lesson 2017/2018.
